Who am I?
My name is Karen. I grew up in Rio de Janeiro and brigadeiros were an integral part of my childhood. All my life I’ve made handmade brigadeiros in my kitchen, for myself, my kids, my family, and my friends.
I’ve lived in many places and wherever I found myself, I always kept my childhood memories alive by making and enjoying every bite of a brigadeiro 🙂
Each delicious chocolate ball represents so much more than just a desert! There’s an entire culture wrapped under those toppings 🙂
And I wanted to pass that on to you.
